Stuffed Ice Fish Recipe

milk
40 ml
frozen porcini mushrooms
150 g
fresh garlic
a pair of cloves
olive oil

crushed black pepper

Cut the onions into half rings and fry in olive oil until golden brown. Pour about 100 ml of water into the pan and cook for another 5-7 minutes to soften the onions. Then add the thawed porcini and fry until all the moisture has evaporated.

Add chopped garlic, milk, butter and spices. Cool the finished filling.

Fill the gutted fish with the filling, brush with olive oil and salt.

Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
