Fajitas is a popular Mexican dish for which meat is cut into strips and served with vegetables, tortillas and sauce. You can fry meat on the grill or in a regular pan, as we did. You can wrap the ingredients in a tortilla or serve everything on one dish. In general, do as you like.

Recipe "Fajitas with chicken "
Ingredients for 4 servings
chicken thigh fillet
300g
cherry tomatoes
6-7 pcs.
garlic
2 cloves
teriyaki sauce
1 tbsp. spoon
bell pepper
1 pc.
lime
1 pc.
serrano or chili pepper
pinch or to taste
tortilla with tomato and paprika
1 pack
chipotle sauce
to taste
Step 1/5
Cut the chicken fillets into long, large pieces. Heat a frying pan with 1 tbsp. spoon of vegetable oil and put chicken in it. Fry, stirring occasionally.

Add the teriyaki sauce and finely chopped garlic. Stir.
Step 3/5
Cut the tomatoes into quarters, the peppers into cubes. Also add to the chicken.

Squeeze the juice of half the lime (or to taste), add hot pepper, mix and cook for a total of 20 minutes, the excess liquid should evaporate.
Step 5/5
Serve with the tortillas and chipotle sauce. Tortillas can be slightly heated in a frying pan, twist each with a "fist" and put the filling inside. Or roll the cakes in half, put the filling inside and serve as a tacos.
