Recipe "Olivier in Spanish"
Ingredients for 4 servings
potatoes

carrots
1-2 pcs.
chicken egg
2 pcs.
canned tuna
190g
sweet red pepper
1 pc.
mayonnaise "Home Provencal"
3 tbsp. spoons
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 tbsp. spoon

Step 1/4
Boil potatoes, carrots and eggs, cool and peel.
Step 2/4
Cut the red pepper into strips 0.5cm wide. Place on parchment, salt, drizzle with olive oil and bake in the oven at 190C for 10-15 minutes until golden brown.
Step 3/4
Cut carrots and eggs into small cubes, chop potatoes on a coarse grater. Arrange everything in separate bowls. Add 1 tbsp. a spoonful of mayonnaise, salt to taste and mix. Drain the tuna and mash it with a fork. Mix the tuna with the eggs and one spoonful of the mayonnaise.

Put potatoes, carrots, tuna with egg in layers through a culinary ring. Compress each layer slightly, put baked pepper on top. The salad can be served in a common dish, mixing all the ingredients and decorating with baked pepper.
