Recipe "Empanadas with pike perch "
Ingredients for 4 servings
frozen cheburek dough
500 g
portion pike perch fillet
400 g
onion fries
2 tbsp
green onion
50 g
butter or ghee
60 g
drinking water
60 ml
ground ginger
to taste
black pepper
to taste
salt
to taste
breadcrumbs
40 g
eggs

Step 1/9
Twist the pike perch fillets through a meat grinder.
Step 2/9
Mix the minced meat with chopped green onions, add melted butter, water, spices and breadcrumbs. Stir.

Cut the thawed cheburek pastry beds in half.
Step 4/9
Spoon a tablespoon of minced meat into each half of the dough.

Wrap the dough to form an oval-sided triangle.

Secure the edges with a fork.

Beat the eggs lightly with water and brush with the resulting empanadas mixture. Let the patties rest for 10 minutes before baking.

Put the empanadas in an oven preheated to 180 degrees and bake for 10-14 minutes.

Serve empanadas hot with sour cream or any other favorite sauce.
