Dzaziki is a popular Greek sauce that is based on thick yogurt with cucumbers, garlic and herbs. It is perfect for chicken, turkey, meat, fish, seafood, vegetables. Dzaziki is good in burgers, hot dogs, shawarma, as an addition to baked potatoes... In general, irreplaceable on the table, right? very popular in Greek cuisine snack, eat it with bread, vegetables, meat dishes and fried fish.

Recipe "Zaziki"
Ingredients for 6 servings
Greek yogurt
3 jars (360g)
cucumber fresh
1 pc.
salted cucumber
1 pc.
garlic
2 tooth.
fennel
a few twigs
mint
a few twigs
olive oil
1 tsp
lemon juice
½ tsp
icing sugar
pinch
Step 1/4
Finely chop the dill and mint. Peel the garlic and pass through the press.
Step 2/4
Peel and grate the cucumbers on a fine grater.
Step 3/4
Squeeze the juice out of the cucumbers, we won't need it. Mix the cucumber flesh with the herbs and garlic. You can only use fresh cucumbers, or you can take fresh and salted ones.
Step 4/4
Add the yoghurt, lemon juice, olive oil and icing sugar. Mix until the components are combined - and the zaziki is ready.
