Ingredients for 20 serving pancakes
Flour

Milk
800 ml
Dry yeast

Sift the flour into a large bowl, mix with yeast.

Heat the milk to room temperature and pour into the flour. Stir thoroughly and leave in a warm place for 2-3 hours, the dough should double.

Separate the whites from the yolks. Add the sugar and salt to the yolks and rub thoroughly with a fork, then pour in the melted butter .

Pour the yolks with oil into the risen dough, stir thoroughly, the dough should be liquid, like kefir, if thick, you can dilute with warm water.

Whisk the whites to soft peaks and introduce into the dough.

Fry pancakes in a very hot pan, pouring not too much dough - they will be thin, turn over easily.
