onions

chicken egg
1 pc.
wheat flour
2 tbsp. spoons
olive or corn oil

baked chicken breast fillet

Step 1/3
Peel and grate the yams. Grate or chop the onions.
Step 2/3
Break the egg and mix with grated vegetables, add flour and salt, mix.
Step 3/3
Fry the pancakes in vegetable oil until golden on both sides. Serve sprinkled with green onions or spinach. It is very tasty to add sliced ready-made chicken breast and sheep's milk yogurt as a sauce.
