Cover the dough ball with a film or brush with oil and leave in a quiet warm place (in an off oven, for example) for one and a half to two hours, until doubled in volume. Divide the finished dough into two parts, stretch with your hands into round cakes (do not roll out) By the way, the finished dough (after kneading) can be put in the refrigerator - it will calmly run in the film until the next day.

For pizza with chicken and vegetables, brush the dough with tomato sauce, lay out the chopped tomatoes, bell peppers, pieces of boiled breast and suluguni. Preheat the oven to maximum temperature - about 230S and bake pizza on a greased baking sheet - 10-15 minutes.

Grate zucchini (do not peel), drain excess juice, add salt and crushed garlic (optional). Brush the dough with olive oil, put the filling, sprinkle with grated cheese on top, bake at 230S for 10-15 minutes.
