Oatmeal granola is good for breakfast with milk or yogurt, and it's also a great snack. Make your own granola at home - it's simple and allows you to experiment with ingredients. We tried to add nuts, pumpkin seeds, dried cranberries, dried dates and mangoes - it turned out very tasty.

Recipe for "Homemade Granola "
Ingredients for 8-10 servings
oatmeal from holozero oats
375g (1 pack)
nut mix
150 g
Styrian pumpkin seeds
2 tbsp. tablespoons (50 g)
cranberries cured
30 g
dried mango
50 g
dates
50 g
honey
2.5 tbsp. spoons
coconut vegetable oil
2.5 tbsp. spoons
apple juice
100 ml
Step 1/6
Pour the oats into a bowl. Add the coconut oil at room temperature and stir. Add honey, pour in 100 ml of apple juice and mix well again, you can use your hands. Oatmeal should be completely covered with oil, honey and juice.

Chop nuts with a knife.

Halve the dates and remove the bones. Cut the dates into medium pieces. Cut dried mango the same way.

Add chopped nuts and pumpkin seeds to the oats, mix well.

Line a baking tray with baking paper, arrange the prepared mixture and spread in an even layer over the baking tray. Place in an oven preheated to 150C. After 10 minutes, open the oven and stir through the granola. After another 10 minutes, open the oven again, add the chopped dried fruits, mix everything together and bake for another 5 minutes. Then turn off the oven and leave the granola in the oven until cool.
