Recipe "Homemade kebab"
Ingredients for 1-2 portions
lamb flesh
500 g
garlic
3 tooth.
ground coriander
1 tsp
cilantro
for filing
salt
to taste
ground black pepper
to taste
Step 1/6
Cut the meat into medium-sized pieces and pass through a meat grinder. If desired, you can add 50-100 g of chicken to the minced meat to make the sausages juicier.
Step 2/6
Salt, pepper to taste.
Step 3/6
Add the ground coriander.
Step 4/6
Pass the garlic through the press and also add to the minced meat. Stir.
Step 5/6
Beat off the meat well, throwing with force into a bowl or on the work surface (but so that the meat does not scatter in all directions). So the minced meat will become more uniform, and the sausages will not fall apart during molding and cooking.
Step 6/6
Make long sausages by securing them on wooden skewers. Bake in an oven preheated to 180 ℃ for 15-20 minutes. Serve with chopped onions (you can pre-marinate a little with vinegar), tomato sauce and cilantro.
