Step 1/4
Peel the medley and pear, cut into slices. Cut half of the lemon into rounds. Put a sprig of mint and sugar in a large carafe, jug or jar.

Squeeze out half the lemon. You can lightly crush mint with sugar using a pusher or spoon.

Add the chopped fruit, cover with water and leave the lemonade to infuse for about 2 hours in the fridge or a cool place.
