Homemade tomato ketchup recipe for winter
Ingredients
tomatoes cream
2 kg
onions
2 pcs.
sugar
100 g
ground cinnamon
½ tsp
ground black pepper
½ tsp
paprika
½ tsp
carnation
3-4 pcs.
salt
1 tbsp. l.
vinegar 9%
20 ml
Step 1/9
Roughly chop the tomatoes.
Step 2/9
Peel and dice the onion.
Step 3/9
Put the onion and tomatoes in a saucepan. Add 100 ml of water, add salt, sugar and spices, mix.

Bring the mixture to a boil. Cook for 20 minutes, stirring.

Sterilize the jar and lid.

Punch through all the vegetables with a blender.

If you want to achieve the perfect texture, pass through a sieve.

Bring the ketchup to a boil, remove from the heat. Immediately add vinegar, mix and pour ketchup hot into jars, roll up the covers.
