Ingredients for 2-3 servings

soft cottage cheese
2 pack.
capers
5 pcs.
soy sauce
20 ml
grated parmesan cheese
20g + another 30g to serve
chicken breast fillet with Provencal herbs
1 pack
whole grain bread with bran
2 slices
olive oil
30 ml
romano salad
5 sheets

Make the dressing: Combine cottage cheese, capers, soy sauce and parmesan in a blender. If you want to make the sauce more savoury, add a couple of teaspoons of Dijon mustard.

Place the salad on a plate.
