This bright and colorful soup will definitely appeal to little dumpling lovers. You can take ordinary mini dumplings, but we have chosen colored ones - this way the dish will look even more appetizing! If your children do not really like vegetables, cook this soup with them - then they will definitely want to try their culinary creation.

Ingredients for 4 servings
micro turkey dumplings
100 g
water
1 L
carrots
100 g
frozen green peas
35 g
corn
50 g
broccoli
50 g
universal seasoning
1 tbsp. spoon
cherry tomatoes
to taste
parsley
to taste
salt
to taste

Pour the water into a small saucepan, add the all-purpose seasoning, stir and bring to the boil.

Peel and cut the carrots into thin rounds. It is better to take thin and small, but if you have medium, cut it into quarters. In broccoli, cut small florets and cut them in half.

Add carrots and frozen green peas to boiling water. Cook for 5 minutes.

Add broccoli and cook for another 1 minute.

Add micro dumplings, corn and cook for another 2 minutes. Remove from heat, salt to taste. If adding cherry tomatoes, cut them in half and put them on a plate with the finished soup. If desired, you can decorate the dish with fresh parsley.
Tip: instead of canned corn, you can use an ear - in this case, remove the grains from it and add to the soup along with broccoli.
