Ingredients for 2 servings
melon
500 g
sugar
30 g
white wine
50 ml
basil
2 sprigs
lemon juice

Clean the melon, remove the seeds. Roughly chop the flesh and put it in the bowl of a food processor or blender.

Add sugar to the melon.

Pour the wine.
Step 4/5
Squeeze the lemon juice.
Step 5/5
Grind everything together until smooth. You can add basil leaves to the soup, grinding together with the rest of the ingredients, or decorate them when serving. Also, when serving, you can add ice.
