Ingredients for 1-2 portions
goat yogurt
1 bottle (200g)
chia seeds
3 tsp
directly squeezed carrot-apple juice
100 ml
cashew nuts are unroasted

Step 1/4
Pour the chia seeds into a glass or small bowl and pour over the carrot and apple juice for at least 30 minutes, or preferably 4 hours or even overnight.
Step 2/4
Chop the cashews lightly with a knife.
Step 3/4
Put some nuts in a glass or small jar, then place half the chia seeds with the juice and half the yogurt. Sprinkle the nuts on top. You can use the remaining amount of ingredients to prepare a second portion, or repeat the layers in the same glass or jar.
Step 4/4
Breakfast and dessert is ready.
