Tired of cakes, cakes, sweets? Try this light and unusual dessert based on ryazhenka with cranberries, pine nuts and Borodino bread "earth." These ingredients give an unusual combination, it turns out tasty.

Recipe "Dessert with fermented milk "
Ingredients for 4 servings
fermented baked milk
450 g
gelatin
10 g
mashed cranberries with sugar
4-8 tsp
Borodino bread
2 square slices
pine nuts
handful
olive oil
1 tbsp. spoon
mint
for decoration (optional)
Step 1/8
Line a baking tray with baking paper. Arrange the bread slices and pour over the nuts. Bake in an oven preheated to 180 ℃ for 10 minutes.

Then take out the nuts, and continue baking the bread until completely dry.

Pour hot water into the glass (temperature 60-70 ℃). Pour gelatin there and mix with a blender until the gelatin is completely dissolved into the foam.

Pour all the fermented milk into the glass and mix well with a blender until smooth.

Pour into glasses and refrigerate for at least an hour

Break the dried bread into pieces and put in a blender bowl. Add the olive oil and crush into crumbs.
