Ingredients for 4 servings
tangerines
5 pcs of the same size
sour cream 20%
500 g
gelatin
1 pack
soaking water
100 ml
sugar
100 g
vanillin

1L plastic bottle
1 pc.
long skewers (bottle height)

Step 1/9
Peel the tangerines and prick them one by one on the skewer.
Step 2/9
Mix sour cream with sugar and vanillin.
Step 3/9
Soak the gelatin in cold water for about 15 minutes, then microwave it in pulses for 2-3 seconds until completely dissolved.

Add sour cream to gelatin in small portions, thoroughly mixing the mass each time.

Cut the narrow part off the plastic bottle.

Pour a few spoons of sour cream mass to the bottom so that it is completely closed. This will provide stability to tangerines. Refrigerate the bottle for 15-20 minutes to set the mass.

Place a tangerine skewer in the middle of the bottle on the frozen sour cream layer and reinforce with another skewer on top so that the structure does not move. Fill the bottle with the remaining sour cream mass.

Refrigerate the dessert overnight for a full set.

Gently cut the bottle with scissors on the side and remove the dessert. Taking out the skewers, cut its portions. To achieve a greater "snow" effect, you can roll in coconut shavings.
