A very simple and easy dessert, the preparation of which is within the power of a child. For this recipe, you can use any sweet fruit with fleshy flesh: plums, apricots, peaches or nectarines.

Recipe "Dessert from sour cream and fruits"
Ingredients for 6-7 servings
gelatin
20 g
water or milk
120 ml
sour cream 15-20 %
700 g
sugar
150 g
vanilla sugar
1 pack (15 g)
berries and fruits

Soak gelatin in cold water or milk for 10-15 minutes, then heat until completely dissolved.
Step 2/5
Remove sour cream half an hour before cooking from the refrigerator, mix with vanilla and ordinary sugar, add loose gelatin. Note that the gelatin mass should not be hot.

Cut the fruit into medium slices.

Line a cupcake tin or any other with parchment, put half of the sour cream mixture on it - ⅔ fruits and berries. If you use a silicone mold, you don't need parchment.

Pour the remaining sour cream over the fruit and place some more berries on top. Refrigerate for 2-3 hours.
