If you want to try something new, prepare a baby Dutch! Sometimes called "Dutch" or "German," this unusual pancake is actually native to the Americas. It has an airy soufflé-like texture and a delicate custard-like taste.

Dutch Baby Recipe
Ingredients for 2-3 servings

ground cinnamon

wheat flour

Step 1/5
Place all the ingredients except the oil in a bowl and mix thoroughly with a whisk. Ideally, punch everything until smooth in a blender.

Melt the butter in a refractory pan.

Turn the heat down to medium and carefully pour the batter into the pan. Roast for about a minute.

Preheat the oven to 180 and bake the baby dutch for 6-8 minutes.
Step 5/5
Serve the finished pancake with berries, icing sugar and vanilla ice cream.
