Recipe "Ladies Fingers"
Ingredients for 4 servings
water
375 ml
butter
150 g
flour
375g
eggs

sour cream 25%
500 g
sugar

Step 1/10
Pour the water into a saucepan, place over the heat and add the butter. Bring to a boil.

When the water boils, pour flour into it and remove the pan from the stove. Stir the mass thoroughly.

Chill the dough. Then beat in the eggs one at a time, stirring thoroughly after each.

Knead the dough until glossy and smooth. Transfer it to a piping bag.

Squeeze oblong "fingers" onto a baking sheet with parchment paper.
