Recipe "Country cake with strawberries and white chocolate "
Ingredients for 6 servings
strawberry
400 g
white chocolate with vanilla
45 g
egg

butter
100 g
sugar
80 g
wheat flour
80 g
baking powder

Step 1/8
Wash strawberries, dry. Remove the green tails and cut the berries in half.

Grease a 22-24cm baking dish and sprinkle with flour.

Melt butter in a microwave or saucepan.

Break the eggs into a bowl, beat with sugar into a foam.

Pour in the melted butter and sift through the flour with baking powder. Stir.

Break the white chocolate into pieces directly into the dough and mix again.

Put strawberries on the bottom of the form, fill with dough. Place in an oven preheated to 180C and bake for about 40-45 minutes until tender.
