Recipe "Black Sea barbecue"

Ingredients for 2 servings

frozen Black Sea bluefin
500 g
asparagus or zucchini
200 g
lemon
1 pc.
olive oil
2 tbsp
garlic
1 clove
thyme
2 - 3 twigs
salt
to taste
Step 1/4
Defrost the fish in the fridge beforehand, clean, remove the gills and insides, rinse and dry.
Step 2/4
For the marinade, combine the lemon juice and olive oil, beat with a fork, add finely chopped garlic, salt and thyme leaves. Marinate in the resulting mixture of loofars for 20-30 minutes.
Step 3/4
Meanwhile, light the coals, let them burn out and come up with white ash. Put asparagus or courgettes cut into long slices on a wire rack, pour the rest of the marinade over them, put a slave on top, so the lufar does not stick to the wire rack.
Step 4/4
Cook until the underside is toasted, turn the fish over and bring to readiness, only about 15 minutes.
