Ingredients for 9 servings

For the test:
wheat flour, v/s
320 g + a little more for subsided
sugar
1/3 tsp
warm milk 3.2%
110 ml
salt
5 g
warm water
90 ml
baking powder
1/3 tsp
For the filling:
homemade minced meat
1 pack (400g)
onions
1 pc.
salt
to taste
black pepper
to taste
ground paprika
pinch
fresh parsley
a few twigs
fresh cilantro
a few twigs
drinking water
100 ml
vegetable oil for frying

Bring the dough from all the necessary ingredients, roll it into a ball and leave for 30 minutes under a film or towel in a warm place.

For the filling, finely chop the onions and fry in a small amount of vegetable oil until golden brown, then add water and evaporate it. Cool the onion.
