Whole milk

Rub cardamom in a mortar along with boxes, suppress a few pieces of ginger with sugar, rub a small part of nutmeg on a grater.

Put all the spices in a saucepan and cover with cold milk, heat over low heat. Meanwhile, brew black leaf tea (it is better to take Indian varieties of Darjeeling or Assam, for example).

When the milk comes almost to a boil, pour it into the tea, having previously strained through a sieve. Cover the drink with a lid and hold for about a minute - this will further manifest the aroma of spices. Pour into cups and drink .
