Zucchini (small)

Sweet pepper

1 bunch
Fresh garlic
1 clove
Lemon

Olive oil
40 ml
Butter
50 ml
Bay leaf

Step 1/6
Remove the steak from the package, rub with a paper towel and leave at room temperature for 10 minutes.
Step 2/6
Chop the cilantro, parsley, dill and garlic, grate the zest and squeeze the juice out of the lemon wedge.

In olive oil over medium heat, fry half a head of onion and bay leaf to flavour the oil. Then remove the onion and bay leaf.

Fry the steak in the aromatic oil over a high heat for 5 minutes. Turn over, fry for another 2 minutes.

Add chopped herbs, garlic, butter, zest and lemon juice to the steak. Fry for another 3-4 minutes, pepper, salt and add ground garlic on top. Put the finished steak on a plate, cover with a lid or foil and let rest for 5 minutes.

Serve the steak with a side of vegetables, pouring over the sauce left in the pan. Bon appetit!
