Recipe "Quick beetroot"
Ingredients for 4 servings
small beets
1 pc.
chicken egg
1 pc.
cucumber
1 pc.
green onion
2-3 pens
fennel
3-4 sprigs
lemon
1/4 pc. ( juice)
horse-radish
1-2 tsp or to taste
salt
to taste
carbonated spring water

Step 1/4
Boil the beets until tender and remove the skin. Ready-made vacuum boiled beet can be used. Grate the beets, salt and pour over the lemon juice, leave to marinate for 10-15 minutes.
Step 2/4
Boil the egg hard-boiled, cool and peel, grate and arrange on plates.
Step 3/4
Finely chop the greens, grate the radishes and cucumber, add to the eggs.
Step 4/4
Arrange the beets on plates, carefully fill with sparkling water. The water will turn bright purple beautifully! Add horseradish to taste, you may want to salt or acidify with lemon juice - adjust to your liking.
