The perfect dish for a big company: fast, filling and delicious! The spice of the sauce is easy to adjust: add more or less habanero pepper to taste. If desired, instead of nachos, you can serve slightly baked tortilla cakes.

Recipe "Fast nachos with meat sauce"
Ingredients for 5-6 servings
premium minced chicken
1 pack (400g)
water
100 ml
salt
to taste
paprika
to taste
turmeric
to taste
coriander
to taste
cumin
to taste
cayenne pepper
to taste
habanero pepper
1 pc.
chopped tomatoes in their own juice
1 can (400g)
canned corn
40 g
cheddar
100 g
pile
1 pack (150 g)
cilantro
a few twigs
Step 1/5
Pour water into the refractory mold, pour in all the spices and mix with the minced chicken.
Step 2/5
Cut the habanero pepper into thin rings. Grate cheddar on a coarse grater or chop finely. Chop the cilantro.

Microwave the mince for 5 minutes. Then add tomatoes, peppers and corn, mix thoroughly and microwave for another 10 minutes until tender.
Step 4/5
Sprinkle with the grated cheddar and microwave again for 2 minutes.
Step 5/5
Serve the finished dish with the nachos chips, garnished with chopped cilantro.
