Ingredients for 2-3 servings

Young zucchini
500 g
Onions
200 g
Garlic
2 cloves
Tomato Appetizing Sauce
2 tbsp. spoons
Sour cream
2 tbsp. spoons
Big bunch of greens
Salt

Cut the onions into cubes and fry in vegetable oil until golden, put on a plate.

Wash the zucchini and cut into not too thin circles (young zucchini can not be cleaned).

In 100 ml of water, dilute 2 tablespoons of tomato sauce (Michurinsky and Shashlychny are also great) and 2 tablespoons of sour cream and pour on vegetables. Cover the pan with a lid and place on a medium heat as soon as the liquid boils, reduce the heat and hold for another 10 minutes - done!
