Recipe "Sandwich with ham and omelette"

ciabatta
140 g
mortadella
0.5 pack (4 slices)
cream cheese
100 g
parsley
2 sprigs
iceberg
30 g
vegetable oil for omelette

Step 1/6
Break the eggs into a bowl, add finely chopped parsley and salt there, beat with a fork.

Fry the omelette in a hot pan. Cut the finished omelette into pieces.
Step 3/6
From the ciabatta, cut 2 corners to make triangles, cut each in half lengthways.

Spread the lower parts with curd cheese.
Step 5/6
Place the mortadella slices on the cheese, followed by the omelette and iceberg leaves.

Cover each sandwich with the top of the bread.
