Ingredients for 2 servings
turkey pastrami
4 slices
persimmon
4 slices
rye-wheat tartin bread
2 slices
romano salad
1 sheet
sun-dried tomatoes
3 pcs.
mayonnaise provençal
3 tsp
Dijon mustard
1 tsp
ground paprika
1/4 tsp
ground black pepper

Step 1/7
Mix mayonnaise and mustard in a bowl.
Step 2/7
Finely chop the cured tomatoes and add to the sauce along with the paprika and black pepper. Stir.
Step 3/7
Wash the persimmon and cut into circles.
Step 4/7
Brush the slices of wheat tartin with the cooked sauce. Wash and dry the lettuce leaves. Tear with your hands.

Put a few lettuce leaves on each slice of bread with sauce, with persimmon rounds on top.
