A juicy minced pork patty with bacon and cured tomatoes is the basis of these burgers. The cutlet can be fried at home in a frying pan, or you can on a grate over coals.

Ingredients for 4 servings
escalope pork
400 g
raw smoked bacon
1 pack (150g)
onion red
1/4 pc.
salted cucumbers
2 pcs.
tomato kebab sauce
1/2 can
cheese melted for burger slices
4 slices
dried tomatoes
6 pcs.
lettuce leaves
several pieces
corn buns
2 packs (4 rolls)
Step 1/8
Cut the pork into strips and then finely chop with a knife.
Step 2/8
Finely chop bacon and dried tomatoes, mix with meat.

Add salt and black pepper. Knead with your hands and beat off the minced meat.

Compress 4 patties, grill over coals or in a grill pan.

Remove the patties from the heat and immediately place a slice of cheese on top of each. While the patties are frying, toast the buns quickly.

Cut onions into thin half-rings, cucumbers into circles.

Collect the burgers: spread the sauce on the bottom of the bun, then put the cheese patty, lettuce, cucumbers and onions, a little more sauce on top and cover the top of the bun.
