pita Mediterranean
1 pc.
cod burger patty
1 or 2 pcs.
tomato
2 circles
fresh leaf salad
1-2 sheets
basil
branch
mustard-honey sauce
1 tbsp. spoon
Greek yogurt
1 tbsp. spoon
olive oil
for frying

Cut the tomato into thick rounds, wash and dry the lettuce and basil.

Mix yogurt and sauce, try. For a more savoury taste, add a little more sauce, for a more neutral taste - more yogurt.

Fry the cutlet in a hot pan until tender.

Heat the pita in a dry pan, toaster or oven, divide into two parts.

Spread the sauce on the lower half, put a circle of tomato, basil leaves and a hot cutlet, pour more sauce on top, add another circle of tomato and lettuce, cover with a second piece of pita. Bon appetit!
