Hungarian brisket (or bacon)

leek

Wash the cabbage, sort it out, cut off the bumps.

Cut the brisket into small squares, put in a frying pan and cook over a low heat until the fat is melted.

At the end, add the chopped leeks and fry until soft, put the onions and bacon on a plate, and leave the fat in the pan.
