Recipe "Lingonberry fruit drink "
Ingredients for 6-9 servings
frozen lingonberries
1 pack (300g)
water
1.5 L
sugar
2-3 tbsp. l. or to taste

Thaw the lingonberries and grind with a blender in mashed potatoes.
Step 2/4
Wipe the puree through a sieve into a bowl: we need both juice and cake.
Step 3/4
Pour water into a saucepan or ladle, add sugar and put berry cake there. Bring to a boil.
Step 4/4
Strain through a sieve, add the previously squeezed lingonberry juice and mix - the healthy and tasty berry fruit juice is ready. Tip: You can replace the sugar with honey and add it along with lingonberry juice.
