Recipe for "Bruschetta with tuna paste"

Ingredients for 2-3 servings

Ciabatta
1 pc. (10 pcs can be replaced with ready-made tartlets)
Tuna fillet natural
1 can (185g)
Cream curd cheese
140 g
Tomatoes dried in oil
3 pcs
Lemon ( juice)
1 tbsp. l.
Cherry tomatoes
for decorating
Microgreens
for decorating
Salt
to taste

to taste

Prepare the ciabatta by cutting it into pieces and drying it in the oven or in a dry pan. Or use ready-made tartlets.

Prepare the filling by mixing all the ingredients except the cherry and microgreens in a blender. For spiciness, 3-4 anchovies can be used instead of salt.

Cut the cherry into quarters.

Using a teaspoon or through a pastry bag, carefully place the tuna paste on a chibatta/tartlet in a pea shape.

Decorate with quarters of cherry and micro greens, sprinkle with pink or black pepper.
