Parma ham

fresh strawberries

fresh blueberries

blackcurrant jam

20 ml
microgreens for decoration

cherry tomatoes

Step 1/6
Fry the bread in a dry pan (or in butter, if desired) until a light golden shade.
Step 2/6
Peel the strawberries from the leaves and cut into 4 parts. Cut the cherry into 4 pieces as well.

Brush the toast with Cremchiz.
Step 4/6
Place some berries, tomatoes and ham slices on the bread.
Step 5/6
Pour blackcurrant jam over bruschetta and drizzle lightly with olive oil.

Garnish with pine nuts, herbs and serve.
