Ingredients for 3 servings
octopus "In Galician"
1 pack (110 g)
ciabatta
1 pc.
arugula
50 g
cherry "Caramel"
6 pcs.
olive oil
20 ml
curd cheese
100 g
capers
15 g
fresh dill
a few twigs
fresh green onion
a pair of feathers
cayenne hot ground pepper
to taste
freshly ground black pepper
to taste

Make a mixture of cottage cheese with chopped capers, dill, green onions, cayenne and black pepper.

Cut the ciabatta into slices and fry them in olive oil on both sides.

Cut the cherry in half. Rinse the rocket.

Cut the octopus into circles.
