elite noble baguette

boiled beets

mascarpone
30 g
parmesan cheese

salt

freshly ground black pepper

rocket or microgreens
10 leaves
pine or walnuts

dark balsamic cream

Cut the baguette into 1-1.5cm thick pieces, dry in the oven or in a dry pan.
Step 2/3
Punch in a blender beets with mascarpone and parmesan, add salt to taste.
Step 3/3
Spoon the mousse onto the bread with a slide or through a piping bag, garnish with rocket, sprinkle with nuts and garnish with balsamic cream on top.
