"Bruschetta with crab" recipe
Ingredients for 4 servings
Kamchatka crab first phalanx boiled deputy.
250 g
cucumber fresh
1 pc.
olive oil
1-2 tbsp. l.
stracciatella
1 can (150g)
parsley
branch
ciabatta
1 pc.
shnitt-onions
for decorating and serving
Step 1/8
Defrost the crab beforehand. Slice the ciabattu into roughly 1-1.5cm thick slices. Pour over a little olive oil.

Fry the ciabatta slices in a dry pan until golden brown.
Step 3/8
Cut off the stalks from the cucumber and grate it for the Korean carrots. Finely chop the parsley.
Step 4/8
Put the grated cucumber on the ciabatta slices.
Step 5/8
Above - stracciatella.

On stracciatella - cucumber again. Sprinkle with chopped parsley.

Clean the phalanges of the crab from chitinous partitions, cut the crab meat into pieces.

Place the crab pieces on the bruschettas, garnish with the schnitt onions and serve.
