Ingredients for 3-4 servings

young zucchini or zucchini
2 pcs. (about 500 g)
chicken egg
4 pcs.
dill and parsley
large bundle
wheat flour

2/3 tsp or to taste
For the filling:
ground beef
360 g
parmesan cheese
50 g
egg

onions
1 pc.
garlic
2 cloves
salt
1/2 tsp
ground black pepper -
to taste
For filing:
sour cream
to taste

Grate the courgettes, salt and leave.
