Why "divine"? Because in the original it is called Green Goddess Salad. This is a light, refreshing salad made from young cabbage and cucumbers. And for dressing they use fresh herbs, nuts, hard cheese and olive oil.

young cabbage
1 small head
cucumbers

Finely chop the cabbage, onion and cucumbers.

Mix them up.
Step 3/5
In a blender bowl, combine the ingredients for the sauce: parsley, cashews, pesto, salt, butter and parmesan. Grind.

Add the sauce to the salad and stir.
