Barley pearl barley
3 tbsp. spoons
Broccoli
60 g
Smoked tofu
60 g
Mushrooms champignons
60 g
Canned natural chickpeas
1 tbsp. spoon
Ground turmeric
to taste
Soy sauce
1 tbsp
Mustard "Canteen" spicy
1/2 tsp
Mayonnaise soy sauce "Classic"
3 tsp
Cilantro
to taste

Boil the pearl barley until cooked for about 30 minutes.
Step 2/5
Rinse the chickpeas from the liquid from the jar, season with turmeric or any spice mixture to taste. Heat lightly in a dry pan.

Steam broccoli inflorescences or boil for no more than 3-4 minutes in boiling water. So the inflorescences will remain emerald green and slightly crispy.

Cut the champignons into quarters, toast in a dry pan, add the soy sauce and a little water and simmer until tender and the liquid evaporates for about 8-10 minutes.

Put the ready-made barley, broccoli, chopped tofu, champignons, chickpeas, cilantro in a bowl. Season with a mixture of mustard and mayonnaise sauce.
