Oatmeal will cease to be boring if you turn it into a bowl, adding more fruits, berries and nuts. We prepared this version of the oatmeal bowl with coconut milk - this adds tropical notes and makes the dish suitable for those who adhere to plant-based nutrition.

Recipe "Bowl with oatmeal and mango "
Ingredients for 2 servings
mango Egypt
1 pc.
hercules "Oatmeal"
100 g
coconut milk
250 ml
water
100 ml
kiwi
1 pc.
blueberry
60 g
fried almonds
2 tbsp. spoons
mint
for serving (1-2 sprigs)
Step 1/4
Cover the oatmeal with water and coconut milk and cook over the lowest heat for 15-20 minutes, stirring constantly (the milk may try to "escape"). Add a pinch of salt and sugar if desired.
Step 2/4
Clean the mango, cut off the halves along the bone. Cut one half of the mango into cubes, the second into slices. Peel the kiwi, cut into thin rounds. Chop almonds with a knife into medium pieces.
Step 3/4
In the finished oatmeal, add half the almonds and mango cubes. Place on a plate.
Step 4/4
Add mango slices, kiwi, blueberries to the plate, sprinkle with the remaining almonds and garnish with mint.
