Ingredients per 1 serving

Quinoa
3 tbsp. spoons
Baku cucumbers
1 pc.
Cherry assorted tomatoes
5 pcs.
Cauliflower
50 g
Natural red beans without sugar
50 g
Corn sugar in grains
20 g
Washed carrots
¼ pcs
Avocado Hass
1 pc.
Ground turmeric
to taste
Culinary mixture "Golden Flax"
1 tsp
Olive oil
1 tbsp. spoon
Lemon juice
1 tsp
Cilantro
to taste
Step 1/4
Boil quinoa until cooked through for about 30 minutes.
Step 2/4
Season the cauliflower florets with turmeric or another spice mixture to taste, fry lightly in a dry pan, add water and simmer for 5-7 minutes.
Step 3/4
Cut the cucumbers into circles, tomatoes into halves. Grate the carrots or cut into thin vegetable slices. Cut the avocado in half, remove the stone and cut the plates across.
Step 4/4
Put the finished quinoa, cucumbers, tomatoes, beans, corn, carrots and avocado in a bowl. Sprinkle with the seed mixture and season with the olive oil and lemon juice mixture. Serve with cilantro.
