Wheat flour/s

Milk 3.2%
600 ml
Chicken egg S0

Refined sunflower oil
3 tbsp. spoons
White sugar "Extra"

Food salt "Iletskaya," grinding number 1

Prepare an empty bottle with a volume slightly larger than the volume of products (for example, one and a half liter). You will also need two funnels, they can be rolled up from foil.

Put all the ingredients in the bottle in turn - salt, sugar, eggs, vegetable oil (2 spoons, leave the rest for greasing the pan), milk. Then pour the pre-sifted flour through another funnel.

Close the bottle with a lid and shake intensively for 2-3 minutes so that all the contents are thoroughly mixed. The dough will turn out to be quite liquid - for thin pancakes.

Pour a little dough directly from the bottle into a heated and oiled pan and bake as usual. If you slightly twist the lid off the bottle, you can try to make curly pancakes.
