Such pancakes are not too thin, but taste like kutabs, only it is easier to cook them. You can add any greens that you have: cilantro, dill, parsley, basil and very preferably green onions.

Ingredients for 4 servings
Milk
400 ml
Eggs

Flour
250 g
Greens (cilantro, green onions, dill, parsley )
50 g
Suluguni cheese
100 g
Vegetable oil
50 g
Sugar

Step 1/4
Mix milk, eggs and flour thoroughly. Let the dough stand for 20 minutes.
Step 2/4
Add cheese crushed on a coarse grater and finely chopped greens to the dough.
Step 3/4
Pour in the vegetable oil and mix the dough well.
Step 4/4
Fry the pancakes as usual in a hot pan. You do not need to lubricate additionally with oil, since the oil is already in the dough.
