Step 1/5
Prepare a deep bowl to knead the dough. Beat the eggs into it and lightly mix them with a whisk until smooth. You can use a mixer, but it is just as easy to do without it. Gradually add flour to the eggs, stirring the mixture thoroughly in the process until there are no lumps left in it. Add a little salt.

Pour the milk into the bowl and work well again with a whisk to make a smooth dough. If the eggs and milk are not cold, it will be easier to do this.

Wash and dry the mushrooms and onions. Cut the mushrooms into thin plates, ham and cheese into cubes. Finely shred the onion, add it to the rest of the baking ingredients and stir them in a separate bowl.

Preheat the pancake pan well, lightly oiled. Scoop up a little dough and carefully pour it into the pan, spreading evenly over the bottom. Top with a thin layer of filling and lightly press it with a cooking spatula. Fry the pancake for 1-2 minutes on each side.
