Recipe "Pancakes with meat"
Ingredients per 9 servings
homemade minced meat
1 pack (400g)
onion yalta
1 pc.
egg
4 pcs.
butter
50 g
bell pepper red
½ pcs.
yellow bell pepper
½ pcs.
fresh chilli
1 pc.
salt
to taste
ground black pepper
to taste
vegetable oil for frying
2 tbsp
butter for frying
1 tbsp. l.
water
350 ml
thin pancakes

Step 1/4
Chop the onion, bell pepper and chilli into a small cube and fry until soft in vegetable oil. Add 200ml water and evaporate.
Step 2/4
Add mince, spices and fry to vegetables. Then pour in another 150 ml of water and continue cooking until the liquid evaporates.
Step 3/4
Boil hard-boiled eggs, chop finely and fry lightly in butter.
Step 4/4
Mix both masses and wrap the meat filling in pancakes in any convenient way. Serve with sour cream.
