Ingredients for 4 servings
Whole grain rice flour
1 cup (200 ml)
Chicken egg
3 pcs.
Milk - 250 ml
250 mL (+ 250 mL water)
Sugar
1 tbsp. spoon
Salt
pinch
Vegetable oil
for frying
Step 1/3
Mix flour with cold water and milk, add salt and sugar.
Step 2/3
Break the eggs into the dough, beat everything with a whisk. The dough should turn out to be the consistency of liquid kefir. Add more milk or water if necessary.
Step 3/3
Before the first pancake, brush the pan with oil, and then fry in an almost dry well-heated pan. Serve ready-made pancakes with any fillings to your taste.
